The cleaning of the apartment is responsibility of the owner, but the sink, crockery and hob must be left clean by the customer and the customer must take care of the disposal and free the property from any personal effects, otherwise an extra charge will be applied by the owner EUR 45.00 for this service.
The guest can choose if he wants to use the fans for free or the air conditioning ( one split in the living room ) at the extra cost of 7 euros per day .
