− El ascensor no funcionaba, mucho ruido de los pisos de alrededor, mal insonorizado, el lavabo perdía agua, la mampara estaba rota y la alcachofa de la ducha perdía agua por todas partes
Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber nicht für die kältete Jahreszeit für alle Mieter geeignet.
8.0Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr hübsch.
− Da es im November schon sehr kalt, auch stürmisch werden kann, hat mir eine Heizung gefehlt. Die Bettdecken waren sehr dünn, da blieb das Frieren nicht aus. Wir haben darauf aufmerksam gemacht, die nette Vermieterin hat uns einen Radiator gebracht.

8.0Die Wohnung lag in der 9. Etage, somit hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick einerseits auf den Strand und das Meer auf der anderen Seite in Richtung des Campo. Zum Strand waren es nur wenige Gehminuten, auch Restaurants und Läden fussläufig erreichbar und somit hervorragend ohne Auto zu gestalten. Leider hatte diese Wohnung keine Klimaanlage, obwohl fast alle anderen Wohnungen in diesen Hochhäusern Klimaanlagen hatten (sollte man vielleicht mal nachrüsten).
− Wir mussten recht lange auf die Schlüsselübergabe warten, zudem konnte die Dame nur spanisch, leider nicht einmal englisch! Zum Glück hatten wir meinen Bekannten dabei, welcher in Spanien lebt und entsprechend die Sprache beherrscht, sonst wär es wohl problematisch geworden!
