9.0Nice appartment, outstanding value for money. Friendly and responsive hostess. Balcony chairs should be renovated.
− It’s not the owner’s fault but children’s mini-zoo has a large friendly dog locked in, as exhibit. I beleive that dogs belong with families and not for entertainment of resort’s guests. Seeing the dog locked in stressed me a lot.
Ideální pro rodiny s dětmi, pohodlné a vybavené apartmány. My byli podruhé a spokojenost.

7.0Samotný apartmán nám vyhovoval. Areál pěkný.
− Samotný apartmán nám vyhovoval, ale součástí ubytování měl být i vstup na dětské hřiště a gril, který se nacházel v areálu s mini zoo a dětským hřištěm - zde byl přístup pouze pro hosty Tatragolf mountain resort a né pro apartmány soukromých provozovatelů. Součástí měla být i AquaFun zóna, která však kvůli hygienickým podmínkám byla zavřená - nikdo nedal vědět, byla dokonce i zpoplatněna pro soukromé apartmány. Dokonce se zvedla i městská daň na dvojnásobek, než bylo uvedeno v podmínkách rezervace a také nikdo tuto informaci předem nesdělil.
