10.0Amazing location, extremely close to Mt. Fuji, which couls be seen from the room. Konbini close by, and plenty of parking space. Extremely friendly host, providing all necessities during the stay. I will never forget checking into the place, whilst Finnish national anthem playing in the background.

8.0Location had great views of Mount Fuji on clear days. Convenient 2 minute walk to FamilyMart and 5 to local supermarkets and chemist. 25 minute walk to Kawaguchiko was a bit harder on hot days but totally manageable. Free ammenities daily was a pleasant touch.
目的に近く寝泊まりができるという点ではとても良かったが、細かい点では少し不便な点もありました？
7.0河口湖ステラシアターまで徒歩で行けたこと。
− ・テレビの電波が悪くすぐに見れなくなって困った。 ・ベッドのマットが柔らかすぎて腰掛けるのが不便だった。 ・用意されていた食器や食器を洗うスポンジも古く清潔感がなかった。
安かったけど、食事なしということもあり、それを考えると高い気もする。ビジネスホテルがあるなら次はそっちを選ぶ。
5.0中期、長期滞在には向いている。洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトルは完備。チェックアウトの煩わしさはない。インバウンド用ならいいかも。6〜7年前の宿帳のコメントは良いが、最近のコメントがない。 夜はよく眠れた。エアコンも快適。他室からの音漏れはなかったが、大きな音を出さないように注意書きが、日本語と英語でしてあった。 周辺に、牛角、シャトレーゼ、セブンイレブン、ローソン、弁当店、ショッピングセンターBELLなどがあるので、到着が早ければ食事なしでも問題ない。
− ベッドが低く、折り畳み椅子が1脚あるだけなので室内でゆっくりする時に不便、畳敷きと同じか。 テレビがインターネットなのでフリーズがたびたび。ほとんど見れなかった。日本語のNHKがないのでニュースが見れない。旅先ではテレビを時計代わりに使うことが多いので不便だった。 ウォシュレットがついていない。便器の内側にところどころ茶色いものが付着、汚れが落ちていない。 バスタブ 浴室の部屋の中に四角い直方体が設置されている、巨大な装置になっていて、古いものなのでカビが落ち切れていない。新品の時は快適だったと思うが、清潔感はなかった。シャワーで使用には差し支えなかったが。
