Отличное местоположение. Рядом вода, красивые виды. В пешей доступности разные рестораны и кафе. Охраняемая территория. Комнаты большие, душевые приятные.

− Местами были следы на стенах от насекомых, которых убили) + В душе очень быстро заканчивалась теплая вода.

L’endroit est magnifique 😍.

− Rien déjà le propriétaire pas là pour accueillir les clients, déposer les clés 🔑 dans la boîte aux lettres, ont téléphones pas joignable .une femme qui répond après deux jours . Pour envoyer un technicien qui vient tard. Pour régler le problème temporairement. Il dit ça à nous aussi on propriétaire, . Rien ne fait après une semaine et demi,ça recommence. Problème c’est l’eau chaude.mes enfants ont été en vacances , pas pour passe la misère. . C’est comme bien payé pour un mois presque 2.900,00 euros. Juste la appartement .

Nice apartment and location in the marina. Car definitely needed. Responsive owner although could not help with the issues we had as he was traveling abroad

− We were bit unfortunate. We had hot water available only one evening out of the 5 nights we stayed. This didn't go well with my wife and daughter 🤪. Plus there was a 24/7 sound of running water accross all bedroom walls, very annoying at night.. both believed due to solar heating breakage placed on the roof top of the building. Hope this can be fixed for future guests. I would have given higher rating if it wasn't the case
