Check in online muy fácil! Llegada súper cómoda, antes de tiempo y de forma autónoma muy bien explicado. El apartamento muy bonito con una terraza arriba preciosa. Ubicación muy buena, a 2 min de la playa andando.

− La limpieza en general. Sobre todo el menaje de cocina, además de faltar cosas para cocinar y comer no están limpias…

Buen apartamento, pero no genial

El apartamento en general está bien, con plaza de garaje y piscina. Las camas son cómodas. El sofá y la mesa de comedor también. La terraza es estupenda.

− Solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel en cada baño y ninguno de repuesto. Cuando pregunté que tipo de cafetera había para comprar el café acorde no me supieron decir y me dijeron que dejaban unas cápsulas de bienvenida, pero no fue así y el primer día no tuvimos café para desayunar. Tampoco había pilas en los mandos de los ventiladores. Debería poner más atención a estos detalles.

− no tenia azúcar, café cuando te levantes por la mañana tienes que tomar un café. no tenía nada ni azucar

A kilátás nagyon szep volt. A személyzet az ünnepek ellenére elérhető volt és ha probléma volt szt gyorsan megosztották.

Csendes nyugodt környezet. Autóval gyalog könnyen megközelíthető.

− Kevés konnektor az egyik hálószobába. A kanapèra ráférne egy tisztitás. Nem volt plussz takaró vagy plèd. A dupla takaró nem túl praktikus.

Great apartment, but very mixed feelings about contact with the host

This was a very bumpy stay, but I will start with advantages. This apartment is located perfectly - close to the beach, restaurants, it has a narrow but private underground parking (getting in is challenging with a bigger car but it’s okay for an experienced driver), the cleaning staff was wonderful - we mistakenly were informed that our apartment was ready and stumbled upon total chaos, I’ve never seen such mess. Nevertheless they were able to make it look like new and even though they didn’t speak English - were very supportive for us and helped us find a second set of keys which had the access pin to the pool. Miracle workers truly, we were wondering for a minute if we should switch apartments after seeing such a mess. The apartment itself is nice, spacious (3 storeys), great terrace - perfect for 2 couples. Caution for people with movement restrictions, the stairs are a bit steep.

− The whole negativity of the stay unfortunately came from the WhatsApp contact with the person assigned to our stay. Starting with the false information that the apartment is ready - we let it go, it happens. But next morning we informed that a light bulb in our apartment has burnt out and asked to have it changed while we were out. In the afternoon we got the information that it wasn’t changed because the person “didn’t have a light bulb on them”. Strange as we informed… but okay, we let it go, maybe next day. Unfortunately- we were left without a main light in the bathroom for the entirety of our stay. The previous guests broke the kettle and the toster which was taken by the cleaning team. We didn’t get new equipment until we asked which was inconvenient. The next problem arose when someone occupied our parking space - we asked if we can use another one. Not only we didn’t get the information about different parking space, but the whole solution was “wait 5 minutes, maybe this person will leave”. We had to move the car outside as the person who took our space did not move until the evening. The host did not follow up on any of our problems which made us feel not taken care of. Last thing that could be improved - for a week for 4 people we only got 3 or 4 toilet rolls and only one trash bag so we had to buy the whole package of both and left it for the next guests. Would be nice to have extra.
