Peaceful quiet location
5.0Wonderful location walking distance to restaurants coffee shops very quiet and peaceful perfect size for 2 people
− The mattress has to be replaced along with the couch both very poor condition would have been a great stay had we been able to sleep or watch tv comfortably
I enjoyed my time at this location and area. Would rent again and would love to see a few updates.
5.0The room was updated with white paint and felt bright and clean. Location is great and size is perfect for one guest. Location is private and felt safe. More value than comfort.
− Landscape shrubs are overgrown and impede the driveway. Could not get my car back to the unit. Another guest with smaller car traded spaces. Mirror in bathroom is to high to be usable and washing machine needs serviced. Makes a ton of noise and only washes with HOT water. Sofa is ripped and covered in dog hair. Not mine. Kitchen does not promote cooking but supports a quick lite meal and carry out. The outside seating area needs some type of shade.

− Wi-Fi was extremely slow and weak to nonexistent.

− Having WiFi that works would be nice and the host doing something about it would be nice. The other part of the property has the WiFi and this unit gets the WiFi scraps so in other words my computer would not connect to it

10.0The apartment was spacious and open plan. Very clean with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. Smart TV Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. It had everything that I needed for a home-from-home stay.
