Well located for our two week stay

− Photos and videos taken to support our observations, but l could only attach four images. Outdoor seats rotten and broken, unusable. Fridge heavily rusted with previous guests left over food inside. Dead roaches on floor. Oven did not ignite. No working TV remote ( not batteries). Pots and pans heavily soiled. Bathroom shower/bath faucet loose. Towels old and worn. Bedroom pillows heavily soiled all linen mismatched old and worn.

A cozy stay during an exciting time for our family

JoAn our host was wonderful and accommodating. She is lovely! The location is GREAT, the neighborhood is beautiful. The treehouse exceeded our expectations. It’s clean, warm and cozy and was just delightful. The bed was so comfortable, and the full kitchen has everything you need to cook at home which was nice. The pool area is beautiful and refreshing! Also it’s a very pretty view from the balcony. We absolutely loved ours ray and can’t wait to come back! Thank you JoAn!;))

Nice private apartment

Private apartment perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice to have a full kitchen to save on eating out. There is also a pool and small patio area to sit. Location was good for restaurants/grocery store. 10 minutes from downtown St Pete, around 20-30 minutes from Gulf Coast beaches. Price was right. Would stay here again Thank you Jo-An
