8.0It's nice condo for the value. It's clean, no sight of bugs (which I was afraid of).
− The bedding wasn't comfortable. It's extremely hot I would highly suggest to switch polyester for 100% Cotton. It will bring the whole experience to the next lvl. Because sleep adds a lot to the experience. (And maybe few more items/cookware, tools to the kitchen) Other than that, amazing job guys. We might come back, we'll see.

− The upstairs bedroom didn't have curtains/blinds on the windows , made it hard to sleep once the sun had risen
