Booking.com and Amaze residence ruined my two weeks stay at Lanka

− Arrived to hotel on time for check-in and it was smooth and hotel staff greeted us with smile. We were taken to room after checkin and we didn’t bother to inspect or check properly and we headed out since our appointment time with doctor is almost past.. returned hotel after doctor and we realized the master bedroom AC is not functioning and 02nd bedroom door there was no lock and the wardrobe was full of spider webs.. called hotel staff to fix the issue. After sometime hotel staff returned and said they will move us to another room just to sleep but same condition.. I texted hotel manager but he is no help and i asked to refund so we can go to another hotel. Also wrote to booking.com.. Hotel Manager informed he will move us to another room next day. Tried to sleep but the mosquito buzzing sound kept me awake all night long.. we were taken to another apartment AC works but again bedroom door with no lock. Place looks really bad in terms of cleanliness.. i asked hotel manager to visit and inspect the whole place. We paid alot which is worth but having my father and mother I decided not to move and stay until departure. Since hotel didn’t agree to refund. My recommendation do not book this place. Its not worth it. Booking.com failed me with unrealistic photos of the property.. consider changing the hotel name. Ask hotel staff keep his room door closed its smells so bad. The worst place i have ever been.. the roads are more clean and tidy than the hotel.
