9.0Verzorgde studio in rustig appartementen gebouw. Aangenaam welkompakket. Hele lieve host. Heel gezellig en goed restaurant op loopafstand. Legio strandtentjes op loopafstand.
− Ik vermoed dat het in hoogzomer erg warm kan worden binnen. Een airco is dan bijna onontbeerlijk. Wanneer je de gordijnen overdag dicht doet, wordt het erg donker.

9.0Top-Lage wenige Meter von der Strandpromenade und mit einer Vielzahl guter gastronomischer Betriebe und vielfältiger Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Umfeld. Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen (Ausnahme: Matratze).
− Ein breiteres Bett, zumindest aber ein Austausch der durchgelegenen Matratze wäre wünschenswert. Ein Nachteil der Top-Lage der Wohnung sind die zeitweise massiven Parkplatzprobleme, insbesondere an Wochenenden und Feiertagen.
