The host was very very nice, however.

− The outdoor area had no lighting and was very very dark, which made walking home at night feel very unsafe. Apartment looks for the most part very similar to the photos, but could be cleaned better.

Our stay at Xi Valley Apartment in Zhangjiajie was absolutely flawless and exceeded all our expectations.The apartment itself was stunning, incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat after a long day of hiking. It is perfectly situated, making it very convenient to access the main scenic areas while still providing a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.What truly made our experience unforgettable was our wonderful host. She went above and beyond to ensure our trip ran smoothly, taking all the stress out of planning by booking our Grand Canyon glass bridge tickets ahead of time. She also seamlessly arranged a reliable taxi to take us to the Tianmen Mountains and from there to the airport which saved us so much time and hassle. Her warmth, genuine hospitality, and local expertise made us feel right at home. We cannot recommend Xi Valley Apartment enough and will definitely stay here again.
