Apartman je izuzetno čist i marljivo održavan, a vlasnici izuzetno susretljivi, tolerantni i ljubazni. Veoma je mirno i tiho, dok posebnu čar takvoj letnjoj idili daje deo dvorišta sa stočetom i bazenčetom iza samih apartmana. Sve pohvale i za kreativno uređeno i izuzetno marljivo održavano dvorište.

− Apartman je na dosta udaljenoj lokaciji od centra za one koji nisu vozači. Sam prilaz apartmanima nije dovoljno osvetljen noću, a ulica u kojoj se nalazi je dosta teško prepoznatljiva (paralelne sa njom su gotovo identične i ima pasa koji laju i kidišu, ali ne napadaju prolaznike).

Sve je uredno i čisto, miran kraj nema buke i saobraćaja.

− Toalet je jaako mali, mora se pripaziti kako se okrećete u njemu inače možete završiti sa opekotinama od radijatora ili ako laktom kao ja odvrnete toplu vodu na tušu haha
