5.0Location is great. Staff is great.
− The booking is annoying. The multiple emails, multiple text messages, and phones call to be sitting on hold. Keep telling me my booking is not complete. How many things I have to do? Why can’t they make this easier. If I wanted to sit on the phone to book a place, I wouldn’t have done it online.

10.0The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything, the hosts were super friendly. The kitchen was well equipped.
− Only AC in the main bedroom, but not too much of an issue.

9.0Everything especially the service : forgot my prescription glasses in the room, the caretaker has found it ,gave it to the manager who took the time to send it to me via Sprinter, he even paid for the shipping! Real Maccaw and Real people, thank you!
