10.0Fui recebido pelo Sr. Gilmar, antes mesmo da chegada, ja fez contato comigo, tanto pelo whats, como respondendo por mensagens via booking, sanando todas as duvidas e atendendo minhas solicitações de maneira muito cordial. O apartamento recebi com limpeza e organização impecável. Quartos conforme descrição, banheiro limpo novo, chuveiro com bastante agua e aquecimento excelente. Sala conjugada com cozinha, SmartTv e Internet de excelente qualidade (para quem tem criança e precisa acessar youtube e netflix conta muito). Cozinha Completa, geladeira nova (já estava ligada pronta), Chaleira elétrica, torradeira, microondas. Uma area nos fundos com maquina de lavar roupa, tanque e churasqueira. O Sr. Gilmar se prontificou a disponibliizar o que mais fosse necessário. Da Localização, acesso facil e rápido via Estrada do Mar, de carro até a praia entre 5 e 10min, proximo ao Supermercado Assun e Farmacia.
− Não há nenhum ponto que desabone a acomodação na relação custo x benefício.

10.0Apartamento simples, mas tudo muito organizado e limpo, cama boa, ideal para uma família de 4 pessoas. Sr Gilmar muito prestativo, excelente recepção. Para quem gosta de silêncio, uma rua calma, longe da praia, perto de um bom mercado. Voltaremos com certeza!!
