Perfecte ligging tov strand. Ruim, comfortabel appartement. Fijn dat er parkeergelegenheid is.

− Wordt erg warm op een zomerse dag. Geen airco aanwezig. Sunscreen in woonkamer/keuken zou fijn zijn. Mooie ligging to kerk. Nadeel is dat elk half uur de klokken loeien, ook ‘s nachts. Dat verstoort wel de nachtrust wanneer je aan straatzijde slaapt.
