6.0Die Wohnung ist Hell und viele Geschäfte sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Es ist sehr sauber, und das Bett ist bequem.
− Parken ist schwierig. Schallisolierung ist nicht vorhanden deshalb ziemlich laut in der Nacht und auch Morgens. Küchenutensilien sind minimal.
