Decepcionante o apto. As instalações do condomínio são boas.
4.0O local, as piscinas e o atendimento.
− O apto estava com cheiro horrível, principalmente no quarto, a sensação era que derrubaram cerveja no colchão ou na cortina, não lavaram e deixaram secar… sem contar os buracos no colchão. Na cama de casal dormiu uma pessoa, do lado oposto ao do mal cheiro, dentro do “buraco” no colchão e não dava para virar para o outro lado, porque o odor dava ânsia de vômito. O odor estava entre o lado direito da cama e a cortina.

9.0Apartamento novo, garagem e recepção charmosa. A facilidade de alimentação também foi um diferencial.
