Die Gegend ist schwierig. Für Radfahrer u. Autofahrer NiCHT geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist groß. Für eine Nacht lebbar. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt gerade so.

− Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel u. von außen gut einsehbar (EG), daher lässt man die Rollos unten. Wird eines der Fenster geöffnet, wird es sehr laut. Der Rauchmelder in einem der Schlafzimmer fehlt komplett u. im Wohnzimmer hängt er halb herunter. Die Wasserhähne (Dusche, Waschbecken) sehen sehr überholungsbedürftig aus, im Badezimmer fehlen unbedingt Handtuchhalter. Es fehlten die Überdecken fürs Bett. Wir mussten jeweils nur mit einem Bezug schlafen u. legten uns, da es nachts frisch wurde die große, schwere Tagesdecke auf den Überzug, kein Zustand, ein Gewusel = schlechter Schlaf.... Tagesdecken sahen gebraucht aus.... Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, ist von der Vermietung aber wohl nicht angemietet. in der Gegend, direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofes und der Messe, gibt es keine freien Parkplätze. Für Radfahrer ist diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall geeignet, da es auch auf meine Anfrage hin, keinen sicheren, verschließbaren Raum gibt. Leider gab es auch keinen Lösungsvorschlag von der Vermietung!

Toll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber und tolle Lage. Auch die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin freundlich und einfach. Besser geht es fast nicht.
