− Lēts, pārāk lēts remonts, ne sevišķi saprotamas un kopā neejoši dizaina elementi, bezgaumīgs manekens koridorā,, numurs nav tīrs..

Asunto oli hyvän kokoinen ja persoonallinen. Sijainti oli hyvä ja kaunis. Asunnossa näkyi kivasti eri aikakaudet Virossa, tykkäsin. Hinta-laatusuhde on kohdillaan.

− Asunnossa oli kuuma. Sänky oli aika kova ja petauspatja puuttui. Tiskille olisi voinut olla kuivausteline.
