10.0It was a great location and really comfortable. The air conditioning made sure the apartment was a great escape from the heat that we experienced while there.

10.0It's a great apartment with all the amenities required - kitchen, washing machine, iron etc.. There is also a air con / cooler in the bedroom to beat the (heatwave) english summer. Children's playground nearby and supermarkets easily walkable. Right next to a bus station and the Kew Bridge Rail station. Short term parking can be arranged on request. The hosts were kind enough to extend the checkout duration on request.

5.0− The place had a leak and they cancelled the booking 2 hours before check in. No replacement nothing was done to help me relocate
Great apartment comfortable fully equipped and clean.
10.0Lovely modern apartment in a beautiful residential neighbourhood. Location was superb and we shopped at Mums wholesale by Kew bridge. I parked across the bridge which wasn’t too far to walk.

10.0The flat was amazing and very large and clean with great facilities and very close to Kew Bridge station. The hosts were great - Ema was fantastic and very helpful and friendly and quick to reply to any questions we might have. She couldn't have been more helpful. We had a slight issue with the entrance fob not working but Ema sorted this out instantly and without a fuss. I would definitely stay here again. A great place to stay in Kew.

9.0The host was very easy to contact, and replied promptly to questions. Nice location, all very clean and light. The flat was spaceous, clean, and had all the amenities one could want (oven, microwave, cooking plate, washer/dryer).
− For Europeans, an English double bed is on the narrow side. Unless there is airconditioning that we haven't searched for, it might get very warm in the flat, as the sun is full on the windows during the warmest time of day.
