2.0There was no breakfast' Only tea and coffee' Location was fine.
− The place did not fit the description, There was only one bedroom. No chair to sit in. No view. A nice washing machine but only a tiny rack to dry anything on, You would not be able to fit more than one person here' Bed was hard as rock.
Good base for both Wallington and London
7.0Beddington Park was literally just across the road. Hadn't realised how large or beautiful it is. Both Hackbridge and Wallington stations were reasonable walks away (Hackbridge being a very pleasant walk through the park), so it is easy to get into London. Didn't spend that much time in the room as out and about most of the time, but the studio had most of the things I needed and the owner was always at hand if I had any questions. There was plenty of free parking in a side-road very close to the property, which isn't always the case in this area.
− I found the mattress a bit too hard for my liking, but I appreciate this is a personal preference and got used to it after a couple of nights.

7.0The family were absolutely lovely, the room was very clean and had everything you need to look after yourself.
− There was only one pillow each and the bed was a sofa bed and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Comfortable and cheap accomodation
7.0Everything needed was available. Room very small. On a noisy very busy main street. Little kitchen was sufficient. Shower was great with good pressure and washing machine in bathroom useful. Shops were in walking distance for food etc.
− The bed was on the floor so very low. No other ventilation except window which when open was very noisy with traffic and pedestrians walking past. Parking changed to down the side street but appeared safe.
