Cancelled on us within 2 hours of our arrival to the apartment.
1.0Nothing to like
− We booked this apartment, communicating on multiple occasions with the host but just hours before we were to check in, they cancelled as they had double booked. We sat in the airport as a family of 7 trying to find a new place to stay. They offered us two others that were half the cost of what we'd paid without agreeing to provide the lower price until nearly 2 hours later - by then we'd lost so much time in Malta (only had 1 final day there after traveling for 3 weeks in Europe), and the places offered were not acceptable with our vision impaired mother. They finally agreed to a full refund. We booked something elsewhere ourselves. Truly frustrating experience.
