A vista e o apartamento em si é muito bom

− Apartamento só a poeira e os chuveiros não estavam bons. Falou que tinha colchão extra e não teve e a pessoa que alugou o apartamento é péssima para responder as mensagens/dúvidas. Demora demais pra responder

− A experiência não foi positiva logo na chegada. Ao fazer o check-in, encontrei a casa em condições que não correspondem ao que se espera de uma hospedagem: o chão e as bancadas estavam sujos, havia lixo em cima da pia, um dos banheiros da suíte não tinha assento no vaso sanitário e não havia papel higiênico disponível. Esses são cuidados básicos que fazem parte do mínimo esperado, independentemente de a estadia ser curta ou longa. Espero que o anfitrião reveja esses pontos, especialmente a limpeza antes da chegada de novos hóspedes e a reposição de itens essenciais, para que outras pessoas não passem pela mesma situação.

Tem ar condicionado nas duas suítes, o condomínio possui 2 piscinas, sauna, a vista do apartamento é muito bacana.

− Localização mais afastada, não tinha canais de tv disponíveis, chuveiros poderia ser melhores, limpeza do apartamento também podia ser melhor.
