L'appartement est bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement sur la marina est idéal.
− - Les poubelles de salle de bain et micro-ondes non vidés à notre arrivée. - La présence de cafards dans le logement (nous avons du acheter des pièges). - Les odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain à proximité des chambres. - Les longues coupures d'eau régulières - sur un séjour de 240h (10 jours) nous avons subi 185h de coupure dont une de 84h en continu (3 jours et demi sans eau). La citerne installée correspond à 4 douches, sans possibilité de faire la vaisselle, des lessives...Le manque d'information sur la situation (alors que des tours d'eau sont publiés chaque semaine). - Le dégât des eaux existant dans l'une des chambres lors des pluies, qui a endommagé certaines de nos affaires.

Pulita. Recentemente ristrutturata con buon gusto!
− Non diceva che quarto piano senza ascensore. Carta igienica giusto per la prima sera che mattina successiva mancava e non c’era manco un rotolo di carta extra! Manca l’acqua in appartamento ma non è la colpa della proprietà ma problema generale in città!

− Nous avons subit une coupure de 24h , cependant tout un dispositif est vrai mis en place pour palier à cette difficulté. C est le lot en guadeloupe, ces coupures intempestives. Cela demande, d etre adaptatif et surtout comprehensif
