9.0Wir fühlten uns auch bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung und die geschmachvolle Dekoration lädt zum Entspannen ein. Hier findet jeder sein Plätzchen zum Relaxen. Die Wellnesslandschaft ist durch die Ergänzung um die neue Außensauna noch schöner geworden und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war zu jederzeit in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und herzlich um den Gast bemüht, auch individuelle Wünsche werden gern erfüllt. Auch der Hotelinhaber hat das persönliche Gespräch zu den Gästen gesucht. Das kulinarische Angebot ist sehr gut und das angebotene Abendessen stets ein Highlight des Tages und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine besondere Überraschung vom Haus. Vielen Dank dafür und insgesamt für die wunderschönen und erholsamen Tage!

6.0Die Mahlzeiten im Hotel waren sehr gut. Freundliches Personal. Schöner Wellnessbereich im Hotel.
− Die Ferienwohnung war Renovierungsbedürftig. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war durchgesessen und ließ sich nicht mehr richtig zusammen schieben. Im Schlafzimmer und im Bad war Schimmel an den Wänden. An der Rezeption im Hotel war beim einchecken ein ziemliches Chaos. Bei uns stand ein falscher Name. Andere hatten einen falschen Schlüssel bekommen.
