− Excepto para dormir (en las camas una vez tapados dormimos genial) en la casa hacia frío, especialmente en el salón. Algunos utensilios de cocina o la campana extractora no cumplen su función.

− Se podría dar una lavado de cara o restaurar parte de las habitaciones, no obstante es correcto para pasar unos dias visitando la ciudad y alrededores
