5.0Die Lage war für uns optimal. Bäckerei und Lebensmittel direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist geräumig.
− Die Wohnung müsste mal einer größeren Grundreinigung unterzogen werden, auch in den Küchenschränken. Spinnweben und Wollmäuse waren leider überall. Auch der an sich schöne Freisitz und die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren stark verschmutzt und leider nicht nutzbar. Der Eingangsbereich voller Unkraut und die komplette Hecke vertrocknet. Sieht nicht unbedingt einladend aus.

8.0Die Wohnung fanden wir gut, auch gute Ausstattung und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch gut. Die Lage ist in Innenstadt Nähe mit dem PKW sind es nur wenige Minuten.
− Das große Aber ist die Treppe zur Wohnung. Diese ist sehr Steil und hat schmale Stufen. Für Gehbehinderte ist es schwer zu schaffen. Und wenn man einen Rollator bracht geht es gar nicht. Aber trotzdem ist diese Wohnung empfehlenswert.

9.0Расположение не в центре города, но автобусы до центра ходят по расписанию. Недалеко супермаркет Лидл. Очень уютно и тепло, замечательный хозяин решал все вопросы максимально быстро и эффективно
− Не всегда можно было выйти в интернет через WiFi (случались перебои)
