9.0Lovely breakfast room with everything perfectly set out for convenient selection. An exceptionally wide choice of fresh and flavoursome food. The pleasant and mannerly staff members were most helpful.
− Although I thought that I had booked on your own website, my booking had gone through Booking.com. I did make an inquiry to which I received no response and although I had made the booking for one person, your receptionist at first thought it was for two people. The location of the hotel is “suburban” and so some tips about getting into central areas of Nűrnberg would have been helpful. I only discovered the alternative route by accident.
