9.0Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, großzügig und praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

8.0Die Nähe zu allen wichtigen Orten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Bett sehr bequem. Küche gut ausgestattet. Bad etwas eng für große Menschen, aber ist halt n älterer Bau. Sonst sehr gemütlich.
− Es fehlte leider ein Balkon (als Raucher geht man halt raus). Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nix wegen Denkmalschutz. Vielleicht wäre ein Parkplatz ausweis hilfreich da alles Anwohner Parkplätze rundum sind.
