Excellent apartment at a great location
10.0I had a very comfortable stay. Fosco is very proactive with providing instructions, details and local tips. The apartment is very comfortable and bright, with everything working perfectly; the air-conditioning was very good! The location is also quite convenient, 5 mins to city centre and 10 mins to the train station.

10.0The apartment is situated right in the center, easily found and accessible, even with a lift, if you may need it to the first floor. Everything self check-in with three codes, felt a little futuristic! The apartment itself is lovely decorated and has everything basic you could ask for. Aircon in the dorm, windows isolated, so not much noise from outside was heard. There is a bus stop around the corner which is very convenient if you want to go to the beaches in Lerici! Fosco is a great host, giving tips and recommendations and very fast to reply. Would totally recommend!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Cinque Terre und Portovenere
10.0Sehr zentrale Lage, gegenüber eine Bushaltestelle, der Bahnhof mit regelmäßigen Zugverbindungen in die Cinque Terre ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles sehr unkompliziert. La Spezia ist eine sehr schöne Stadt.
− Nur Anwohnerparkplätze vor dem Haus. Nicht ganz einfach zum Be- und Entladen.
