10.0Просторе,чисте помешкання. Ми жили сім'я з двома дітьми, квартира простора,чиста ,все ідеально, помешкання повністю відповідає опису. Господарі дуже привітні. До моря трішки потрібно пройтись хвилин 7-10 але для нас то була легка прогулянка. Парковка є біля будинку, що теж дуже зручно, зазвичай парковки від готелів у містечку розташовані далеко. Ми маємо з чим порівняти, адже були у Католіка вже не вперше і перший раз проживали у готелі, тому ці апартаменти для сім'ї з дітьми дуже зручні, щиро рекомендуємо і повернемось ще обов'язково

Great beach, amazing trips and excellent food
9.0It was a wonderful 2 weeks stay for our family. The flat has all necessary amenities for good vacation: aircon, which does not blow at you when you sleep; proper window shades; excellent kitchen with large table; beds are large and comfortable; lots of storage space in the flat. The host is great. He was always approachable by WhatsApp and provided a lot of helpful tips on local restaurants, anti-mosquito strategies, and Cattolica routes. The walk to the beach is c.20 min with our 5-year-old. As it was very sunny, we decided to rent the car after the first 5 days. The car was also helpful for our day trips: Ravenna, Urbino, Fano Cathedral, and Gradara Castle. Cattolica beaches are amazing: protected by stone walls, warm water temperature, and shallow for kids to mess around. While there were some natural "plant gums" in the water, the sea water is much better than chemically cleaned water of swimming pools. There are 2 large shops in the area, and we purchased local food. The local food quality is top-notch. Ah, finally, the trasfter from Ryanair flight to Rimini is 22 min to Cattolica by taxi - which is excellent timing wise. You need book taxi from Rimini airport in advance or by phone when you arrive.
− There are 2 aircons: one for the kitchen and another for sleeping quarters. The 2nd one would go into sleeping mode after 5-10 min, so we relied on kitchen aircon. Also, after taking a shower, we had water on the bathroom floor. Perhaps there could be a solution there.

10.0The apartment was clean and airy with all the amenities you need. Simone is very friendly and eager to please, the perfect host. Perfect location on the edge of town away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Even so, it is an easy walk to the beach and provides straight access to the countryside. A perfect balance.
