Condomínio muito agradável com ótima infraestrutura e instalações novas. Responsáveis atenciosos nas mensagens. Roupas de cama novas e limpas. Possui ar condicionado nos dois quartos e na sala, por ser poente e quente.

− Por não ter uma cobertura, o sol extremo ou a chuva impossibilitaram o uso da churrasqueira no piso superior. Pode melhorar mais a limpeza debaixo dos móveis, que estavam com teias e aranhas. Além disso, disponibilizar saco de lixo e papel higiênico extra.
