10.0Spacious, clean and absolutely gorgeous. We traveled with our 2 kids and their aunt. Super comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was wonderful to be in the neighborhood and enjoy the local culture.

-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
