Emplacement parfait, très belle surface. Propre. Prix raisonnable.

− Appartement désuet. Beaucoup de détails à revoir robinets desserrés, fauteuil devissé, manque de modernisme. Beaucoup de bruit dans l'avenue très passante manque d'inspnorisation.
