10.0Удобное расположение , есть кондиционеры , на кухне есть максимально все необходимое , чтобы приготовить еду. Очень приятная хозяйка , которая быстро отвечает на все вопросы

6.0Bardzo szybki kontakt z gospodarzem i pomoc przy zameldowaniu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.
− Cena nieadekwatna do jakości. Widać że ok. 15 lat temu ktoś włożył dużo pieniędzy do wykończenia tego mieszkania ale teraz przydałby się generalny remont. Klimatyzacja jest w 2 pomieszczeniach - sypialnia główna i salon (ostatnio myta jakieś 2 lata temu sądząc po brudzie). 2 kolejne pokoje i kuchnia są poza zasięgiem AC. Kanapa w salonie może i kiedyś ładna i skórzana teraz nadaje się tylko i wyłącznie na śmietnik. Niektóre miejsca nie sprzątane kilka miesięcy.
