Grandezza dell'appartamento

− Bagni piccoli per come è grande l'appartamento e per ospitare un numero maggiore di 5 persone. Inoltre i servizi igienici erano poco efficienti e spesso rotti e inutilizzabili. Sedie del salone non utilizzabili perché rattoppate e pericolanti e assolutamente da sostituire.
