La peggior esperienza mai avuta con una struttura ricettiva

− Avevo prenotato e pagato in anticipo un appartamento per 6 persone su Booking il 4 settembre, per la notte del 6. Nessuna comunicazione da parte dell’host fino al giorno del check-in. Nel pomeriggio, a qualc ore dall’arrivo, inizio a chiamare: nessuna risposta. Dopo varie telefonate disperate, finalmente ci contatta una collaboratrice che ci informa che l’appartamento non è disponibile. Poco dopo la gestrice, con toni scortesi e arroganti, ci dice che c’è stato “overbooking” e che lei aveva avvisato Booking il giorno prima, come se fosse una giustificazione per non averci avvertito direttamente. Un comportamento irresponsabile e gravemente scorretto. Risultato: 5 persone, alcune straniere, in macchina a chilometri da casa, senza alloggio, poche ore prima di una prenotazione importante a cena. Panico, umiliazione e una serata rovinata che avrebbe dovuto essere solo vacanza e spensieratezza. Non è questione di “errori che capitano”: è questione di serietà e rispetto per le persone. Bastava una chiamata il giorno prima per permetterci di trovare un’alternativa. Invece siamo stati trattati con superficialità e maleducazione. È triste dover confermare un pregiudizio comune: l’atteggiamento della gestrice ha incarnato perfettamente l’immagine di chi pensa di poter prendere in giro la gente senza conseguenze. Non tutti i napoletani sono così – anzi, durante il viaggio abbiamo incontrato persone splendide e ospitali – ma purtroppo questa esperienza ha lasciato un segno amaro. E non finisce qui: la mattina successiva, parlando direttamente con l’assistenza Booking, mi è stato confermato che non era la prima volta. Era già la terza volta in poco tempo che la struttura faceva lo stesso giochetto dell’overbooking, lasciando altre persone senza un tetto. Booking ha detto chiaramente che avrebbero preso provvedimenti. Questo dimostra che non si tratta di una svista, ma di una pratica sistematica e scorretta. Mai più. Sconsiglio fortemente questa struttura

8.0Ottima posizione con vista bellissima, confortevole, mancavano un po di stoviglie essenziali ma è andato tutto bene, proprietaria davvero disponibile e carina!
