2.0Le uniche due cose positive erano la posizione ottimale e la bellezza dell' appartamento.
− Ci sono state tante cose che non mi sono piaciute. Innanzitutto il parcheggio ai clienti è riservato solo per l'edificio A altrimenti dovrete andare a pagamento. La pulizia dell' abitazione era pessima! Non c'erano servizi né prodotti per pulire l'appartamento, neanche una pezzetta. Inoltre c'è scritto che si può usare la lavatrice e asciugatrice ma le donne delle pulizie le lasciano sempre piene anche quando hanno finito di utilizzarle lasciandoci la biancheria anche l'intera notte. Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto problemi con il wifi che non funzionava e l'unica assistenza che c'è è intelligenza artificiale inutile che ti risponde con risposte automatiche. Il phono non funzionava e mi sono dovuta asciugare i capelli mettendoci quasi 1h e mezza perché usciva solo aria fredda. Per non parlare del casino che fanno la mattina le donne delle pulizie alle 8 già ti svegliano per tutto il rumore che fanno. Nei servizi inoltre c'era un solo rotolo di carta igienica e la televisione se non avete un account Netflix o altro non lo potete vedere perché non ha l'antenna ed il lavandino del bagno era talmente piccolo che era impossibile lavarsi ! Insomma supporto completamente ASSENTE! Non ritornerei mai.

− Même avec les instructions de l'hôte, nous n'avons pas été en mesure de se connecter au wi-fi. La cuisinette est très mal équipée (il n'y avait pas de fourchettes, de linge de cuisine ou de quoi laver la vaisselle). L'hôte nous a renvoyé à une commande en ligne pour ces items que nous aurions du payer en plus.
