Lovely stay. Lots of room and well equipped.

A nice apartment with good kitchen equipment. Comfortable sofa and WiFi TV. An artisan bakery just across the road for fresh bread, and a pharmacy and local supermarket just around the corner. Nice to have a washing machine and smoothie blender. A good location to get to La Laguna, Santa Cruz or North airport. Good for hiking and getting a more local experience of Tenerife rather than a tourist place.

− The single bed in the smallest room was a little bit sunken in the middle. Maybe needs turning. The location was about 45min drive from beaches but that was reflected in the extremely reasonable price. Also worth keeping in mind that the weather on the north of the island can be extremely different from the south so if you're looking for a sun bathing holiday be prepared to potentially drive south for an hour. It was cloudly, drizzly and 18 degress in Teguste for most of the week, whereas it was 27 degrees in the south. And even though it was sunny in Santa Cruz it was also extremely windy so to get relaxing beach time I had to drive all the way to Los Cristinanos. But I think the weather has been particularly bad this year so that may not be the case for you.

Location was good in the town of Tegueste. Close to national park and apartment was spacious.

− Poor value for money. Stayed for 6 nights in December and there was no heating, apart from a tiny blow heater, so we had to sit with blankets around us on the sofa in the evening. Shower needs updating and not enough hot water for 4 people. Toilet made a squeaking sound. The kitchen could be better equipped;the toaster didn't work and wine glasses were locked away in a cupboard. Also the electricity went off if you had a few appliances on at the same time. Overall, the apartment needs updating for the price we paid, you'd expect a better standard.

Piso grande con todo lo necesario en el centro del pueblo encantador. Nos han puesto cuna y trona para el peque.🙏

− La cama de matrimonio ya necesita cambiar el colchón.

Mala experiencia

La ubicación. Poco ruido de la calle y la restauración de la zona. Lo fácil para aparcar. Habían muchos servicios en el entorno.

− El apartamento estaba sin hacer y llegué por la noche un viernes llamé y no me cogían el teléfono luego mandé WhatsApp con fotos con la situación que estaba todo sucio, sábanas y toallas sucias del anterior huésped , en el baño había orines en el suelo y me comenta que mañana iba el servicio de limpieza y les dije que iba con dos menores que no estaba dispuesta a dormir con esas sábanas sucias y baño. Le dije que me trajeran las cosas que yo misma lo cambiaba,.cuando llegué de cenar le habían lavado la cara al apartamento porque estaba medio igual y eso que me cobraron 80€ por la limpieza que no había. Edificio era ruidoso con las puertas.horrible experiencia mientras lograba contactar con alguien para una solución.
