10.0Sehr gut ausgestattete großzügige Wohnung, Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus, Unterstellung der Fahrräder im Haus möglich. Anbindung an das Zentrum von Münster über einen sogenannten "Fahrradweg", über den per Fahrrad fast noch schneller als per Auto das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen ist.
− Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand verbessert werden könnten – zB ein Nachttisch auf der anderen Bettseite mit einer zusätzlichen (Lese-)Lampe.

10.0Es ist eine sehr schöne und große Wohnung. Sie hatte auch einen großen Balkon. Man blickt vom Balkon auf sehr viel grün.

8.0Wohnung für sich allein. Ruhige Gegend. Grosses Bad und grosses Zimmer.Parkplatz.
− Bett ist laut, jede Bewegung hat einen aufgeweckt. Wände sind nicht sehr dick, konnten die Leute nebenan hören. Sehr stickig und warm. Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und an der Balkontür, dh wenn man alles geöffnet hat um frische Luft zu bekommen (vor allem Nachts) war alles voll mit Mücken usw.
