Beautiful, charming castle apartment good for families
9.0The apartment was clean and well-appointed and had everything we needed, plenty of towels and sufficient kitchen supplies. The washing machine was nice to have as well! Staying in a real castle has appeal in itself, and the owners provided a book in drawer that had information about the history of the castle. Lovely terrace and breathtaking views from outside. A very special place to stay when visiting the Montreux area and suitable for families.
− We happened to be there during an extreme heat wave, and of course castles don't have air conditioning. We kept the windows open at night and wound up with a lot of mosquito bites. There was only one fan, so only one bedroom was able to have a fan at night. I would recommend they get another fan for the second bedroom.
ok but maybe better to book hotel in downtown for family travel
