8.0− Nicht professionell durchgeführte Renovierung, lustlos nicht passende Leisten, überall Farbe drüber gemalt, defektes Dachfenster (lüften nicht möglich), Fliegengitter defekt, in der Dusche dunkle Ecken und Kanten

7.0Der Garten war ausgesprochen schön und das Häuschen hatte gute Lage zwischen Bensersiel und Dornumersiel,war recht ruhig und gemütlich
− Leider lag in der oberen Etage ,also im Schlafbereich, der charakteristische Duft von Cannabis im Raum, was Recht unangenehm war.
