− Huoneistossa sai vain yhden ikkunan auki, minkä vuoksi ilmanvaihto ei ollut kovin hyvä kolmen aikuisen majoittuessa huoneistoon. Makuuhuoneessa oli ilmalämpöpumppu, mutta aivan sängyn vieressä eikä sitä voinut käyttää nukkuessa. Ilmalämpöpumpusta kuului myös satunnaista häiritsevää ääntä, vaikka se ei ollut toiminnassa.
