Ho adorato il fatto di essere proprio in centro al paese di Fiumalbo: bastava affacciarsi per vedere la piazzetta e le persone passeggiare, oltre alla comodità del parcheggio auto che era veramente a 2 passi a piedi! Consiglio molto! L'appartamento è completo di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di 4 giorni o più: una cucina ben attrezzata, comprensiva di stoviglie; bagno piccolo ma con l'essenziale, ed una spaziosa camera matrimoniale per 3 persone (era presente letto matrimoniale + letto singolo). Inoltre il proprietario, appena arrivati, ci ha offerto un generoso prosecco di benvenuto.

− Proprio per essere "pignoli", ma ovviamente non influisce assolutamente sul giudizio del soggiorno: - il camino non era utilizzabile, sarebbe stato carino per creare atmosfera ma non è colpa del proprietario; - consiglierei di cambiare il divano in quanto molto scomodo per vedere eventualmente la tv; - consiglierei di aggiungere la tv in camera da letto.

Die Lage mitten im Dorf, ganz nahe der Piazza mit Café und kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war schön. Die Kirchenglocke läutet nicht mehr ab 22 Uhr bis 06 Uhr. Die netten Dorfbewohner haben uns geholfen, den Besitzer der Wohnung zu finden, damit er uns aufschliesst, obschon wir eine Zeit vereinbart hatten. Er war sehr nett und zeigte uns alles, insbesondere einen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe beim Fluss, ohne Parkgebühr, und er half uns das Gepäck zu tragen in den ersten Stock, steile Treppe. Küche gut eingerichet, jedoch Bratpfanne vor Alter nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Heisses Wasser top. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besteigung des Mt Cimone von Doccia aus, Rundwanderung möglich.

− Badezimmer sehr klein, eng und kein Fenster. Bratpfanne vor Alter nicht zu gebrauchen. Leider allgemein nicht sehr sauber, war aber gerade noch in Ordnung für kurzen Aufenthalt. Wohnung allgemein in die Jahr gekommen. Keine Informationen zur Umgebung, Karte oder Beschreibungen für Ausflüge/Aktivitäten in der Wohnung, Touristoffice offensichtlich im September schon geschlossen.
