10.0Расположение к ЖД-вокзалу удачное, до центра города 10 минут пешком. По пути кафе, магазины,супермаркет. Хозяин всегда на связи. Лично встретил, все показал, оставил в холодильнике презент в виде бутылки просекко. При возникновении одной неприятной ситуации, Карло отреагировал быстро, правильно, решив проблему. Сама квартира имеет все, что необходимо для бытового проживания.
− Дополнительная оплата городского налога, которая не входила в стоимость жилья. Для нас это был неприятный сюрприз в размере 48 евро.

2.0− Non abbiamo potuto alloggiare in questo appartamento, prenotato il 12 aprile per il ponte del primo maggio, in quanto l'host la sera del 30 aprile ci ha comunicato che l'appartamento non era più disponibile, c'era prenotato un'altro gruppo per gli stessi giorni e non aveva trovato un altro alloggio per noi. Lui non è riuscito a risolvere il problema. Abbiamo dovuto contattare booking noi al mattino per capire come risolvere.

− Las camas, muy incómodas pero lo comenté y tomó nota de ello para considerarlo.
