− In inverno la casa risulta molto fredda e si può scaldare solo se si è all’interno. Alla cucina aggiungerei un microonde.

9.0It's located right in the centre of old town, close to the restaurants, bars, bus stop, shops and in a quiet street. It's a bit dark because there's just one small window above the door, but it was ok for one night. The bed upstairs was comfortable and there's an A/C working well. There's also a kitchennette with a fridge. While arriving the owner was waiting for mne because it would be probably a bit difficult to find. She was also very nice when I asked her to prepare a document about payment although she can't speak any English at all. We used the translator.
