− The sofas.. they are sunken. Can feel the wooden board. Kettle leaks, toilet ventilation fan has thick dust.
We request for partial refund since it was a small unit with insufficient capacity.
1.0They didn’t give us this unit, instead they let us stay in 2 separate units which can accommodate only 8 people
− We booked Cozy apartment IOI mall for 3 rooms - 11 pax but were directed to Resident R1 Setiawalk unit 11-06 which only has 2 rooms - 8 beds. Broken sofa.
