9.0Great apartment in the new complex, with excellent repair. There is everything that is necessary for a comfortable residence, a completely equipped kitchen. A sufficient number of towels and bedding. The Internet worked well. There is a TV with smart TV. Fast settlement, pleasant in communication, staff. Near the grocery store, restaurant and SPA complex. There is a parking in the complex. In the district, a pine forest is quite quiet, unlike the city center.
− The height of the bar chairs does not coincide with the height of the table, the chairs are barn, and the table is semi-barn. On the loggia there is not enough street furniture (table and chairs). These are small flaws.

− We were upset that there was no washing machine and microwave in the apartment. Our windows overlooked the construction of a new building, so it was noisy during the day.
