Exactly as advertised. Very clean, modern look, central location. Kind host, smooth communication.

− The apartment is in an old building, you can hear the elevator, but that's just how things are, nothing the host can do about it.

Referitor la accesul în bloc, s-a făcut greu deoarece am ajuns seara în jurul orei 22 când afară era întuneric iar cutia în care se afla cartela de acces în bloc nu este iluminată. Pentru cheile de la garsonieră a fost ok, acestea aflându-se în interiorul blocului care era iluminat. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte bună, acesta fiind foarte amabil și deschis la toate solicitările mele.

− Din păcate lustra din tavan care trebuia să asigure iluminatul garsonierei, nu funcționa. Cele 3 veioze din garsonieră nu au putut suplini în totalitate lipsa iluminatului din tavan. La toaletă sunt necesare un suport pentru prosoape (2 persoane) și unul pentru obiectele de igienă personală (cel existent este instabil și insuficient). Din păcate comunicarea cu persoana de la curățenie a lăsat mult de dorit. Prin atitudinea arogantă și neprietenoasă față de client, aduce mari deservicii proprietății.

Am avut o experiență absolut minunată! Cazarea este extraordinară – foarte curată, elegantă și amenajată cu mult bun gust. Atmosfera este liniștită și relaxantă, perfectă pentru a te deconecta. Totul a fost peste așteptări, de la confortul camerei până la priveliștea superbă. Cu siguranță vom reveni și recomandăm acest loc din toată inima!

Locatie bună, lîngă primărie și Universal,1 min și ești pe Bld Oituz chiar în centru, parcul e imediat în spate,curat,, colt de bucătărie,ai tot ce-ți trebuie să îți faci ceva să mănânci sau o cafea,ceai etc. Prețul OK.
